Facility
We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available including low exposure digital x-rays, 3D imaging, and Cerec same day crowns. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.
Appointments
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. All appointments must be confirmed by text, email, or phone. Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.
Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan through CareCredit®. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
Insurance
We accept most traditional insurance plans; contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Our practice does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist. No Insurance? No Problem
Please view the “Oral Health Plan” heading in the MENU to learn more about our unique and wonderful way of making dental treatment an affordable priority for our patients not having dental insurance.
Cancellation
All appointments must be confirmed by text, email, or phone.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.
